SECBA
The SECBA (Southeast Higher Education/Further Education/Industry Cross-Border Alliance) project is a collaboration between higher education, further education and industry. This project is designed to transform the South-East region (Louth, Armagh, Cavan, South Down and Monaghan), strategically bridging the gap between educational outputs and industry’s evolving needs. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
