Music by DkIT Lecturer Performed at Festival of Youth Orchestras

The 21st Festival of Youth Orchestras took place on Saturday 13 February 2016 at the National Concert Hall in Dublin. For the second year in a row, the festival featured music by DkIT lecturer and composer Ciarán Hope.

Oisín Callinan to Present a Masterclass on Sound Recording for Film/TV in the Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music Visiting Guest Series

The Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music Visiting Guest Series continues on Thursday 25 February 2016 at 2pm in P1081 with a masterclass by professional boom operator and sound technician Oisín Callinan entitled: 'Insight into Working in Sound Recording for Film and Television with Practical Demo'.

DkIT Performing Arts Graduate Taking the Stage by Storm

Michelle McCormack, graduate from the BA Performing Arts at DkIT, is performing a one woman show in the Smock Alley Theatre on the 3rd and 4th of March at 7pm as part of their Scene and Heard Festival.
