Understanding the Industry
The role of Sales within the business environment is essential to understand in the local, national and global marketplace. The adoption of effective sales techniques and strategies can ensure that an organisation positions itself within its marketplace to gain optimal sales within a competitive environment.

Course Delivery and Modules
This course is delivered on Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm (On Campus) for 6 weeks.
Education Progression
Graduates who successfully complete this module may be eligible for an exemption on specific programmes within this academic area of study.

Recognition of Prior Learning
