Erasmus+ Programme

DkIT has been successful in its application for a new Erasmus Charter for 2021 - 2027.

Student Mobility (Study and Traineeships), Staff Mobility (Teaching and Non Teaching), and development of linkages with partner institutions are core to the Institute’s international activities.

Incoming Students

The Erasmus+ programme is a European Union funding exchange programme. Students from a European partner university are eligible to study at DkIT for a semester or an academic year.

Outgoing Students

DkIT encourages and supports students to study or do work-placement in one of our partner universities elsewhere in the EU.

Traineeships

Erasmus+ support for traineeships is available for DkIT students and recent graduates, as well as vocational education and training students and apprentices.

Erasmus+ Opportunities For Staff

With Erasmus+, opportunities are available to staff, both teaching and non-teaching, to spend time training in one of our partner institutions within the EU/EEA.

Why Erasmus+?

Europe must equip its citizens with the education, skills and creativity that they need in a knowledge society. The world is changing fast, and education systems need to modernise and adapt to new ways of teaching and learning and embrace the new opportunities that exist.

Education, training and non-formal youth learning are key to creating jobs and improving Europe's competitiveness. That's why Erasmus+ will make a key contribution to addressing these challenges.
