Department of Visual and Human-Centred Computing
The Department of Visual and Human-Centred Computing focuses on the creative design, implementation and evaluation of interactive computing systems in which the central focus is the user experience, potentially encompassing different social, cultural, political and organisational contexts.
The department’s programmes of study and research explore both the design and theoretical foundations of human-centred interactive systems, as well as the software development skills needed to create them.
