Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Project to Lodz Polytechnic University Poland

In June 2025, seven students from the first and second year of the BSc in Computing in Games Development participated in an Erasmus+ mobility trip to Lodz Polytechnic University in Poland.

This Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) centred on the theme “Games for Change”, encouraging students to design games that address social, cultural, or environmental challenges.

Students took part in expert-led workshops, received mentoring from industry professionals, and actively contributed to the ZTGK Challenge and the CGI Conference. These events provided a rich, hands-on learning environment and fostered collaboration with educators and peers from across Europe.

This Erasmus+ experience enhanced students’ technical and creative skills, promoted socially responsible game design, and built strong intercultural teamwork.

Each student produced a portfolio-ready project with real-world impact.

Students’ enthusiasm for the programme was reflected in the LinkedIn posts they shared, highlighting their participation and the value of the experience.
