Chiara’s role in DkIT allows her to teach her students all about the pharmaceutical and organic chemistry of everyday medicines.

Chiara is a lecturer in the department of life and health sciences in DkIT specialising in pharmaceutical chemistry and organic chemistry.
Chiara has lectured in numerous pharmaceutical science, bioscience, medicine, biomedical science, and agricultural science programmes in a variety of third level colleges in Ireland.

Chiara has also worked for both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Her industrial roles included raw material team leader and quality control analytical chemist.

Chiara would love to share some of this knowledge via a variety of schools talks, options shown below:

Where she will discuss her own journey from undergraduate Pharmaceutical Science through her industrial career and back to her postgraduate and teaching roles.
