Holly, a current Louth GAA player, relished the anatomy and physiology parts of the Health and Physical Activity degree.

We had two placements. I was with Louth GAA, working with primary schools. My second placement was with another primary school.

We also got certificates as part of the course. We got gym instructing, circuit training, exercise referral and the personal training certificates as part of our degree.
