Teresa O'Rourke is a Lecturer in the Department of Hospitality Studies, a Project Manager and Programme Director for the MBS in Responsible Entrepreneurship and a Programme Manager for the PGC in Management in the Department of Business Studies.Teresa is an industry professional, with extensive experience in management roles across multinationals, medium and small businesses in both private and public sectors in Ireland, the UK, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
