DkIT researchers share AI research at leading international conferences
Researchers from the Regulated Software Research Centre at DkIT were recently invited to present their latest research at the 22nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Applications and Innovations (AIAI) in Crete, Greece.
Four papers were presented by the team at DkIT. These included; TwAIChain: A Blockchain–IPFS Architecture for Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, by PhD Researcher Mugdha Srivastava, A Framework for LLM-Guided and ISO 5338-Aligned Data Engineering in Medical Device Adverse Event Reporting, by Postdoc Muhammad Muaz, Cross-Domain Self-Supervised Representation Learning for Change-of-Direction Classification Using Wearable Sensors, by PhD Researcher Pranay Jaiswal and Contextual Misogyny Detection in Code-Mixed Hindi-English, by PhD Researcher Sargam Yadav.
The researchers were accompanied by Dr Abhishek Kaushik, who supervises all 3 of the PhD Researchers.
Researcher Mugdha Srivastava also presented at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in Healthcare (ABH 2026), held in Porto, Portugal.
Her paper Blockchain-Enabled Trust for Adaptive Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare was presented online from Crete and received a Best Paper Honourable Mention.
Speaking after the conferences, Mugdha said:

Receiving an Honourable Mention Award was a wonderful recognition of the work and a real encouragement to continue striving for excellence and sharing our research with a wider audience.”
