The international students who come to study in DkIT have different English language learning requirements. In order to accommodate our students and ensure the programmes we offer meet their learning needs, we have developed three International Foundation Programmes, including:
- Certificate in Foundation Studies
- Certificate in Foundation Studies with Intensive English
- Certificate in Pre-Sessional English
When students arrive at DkIT, they do a quick placement test to assess their level of English and they are then placed in the appropriate Foundation programme (either the Certificate in Foundation Studies with Intensive English, or the Certificate in Preparation for Higher Education).
