Computing Summer Camps
Dundalk Institute of Technology's Computing Summer Camps take place each year as 3-day on-site programmes, typically in late June or early July, and are designed to introduce second-level students to computing in a practical and engaging way.
The Computing Summer Camps are free of charge but places are limited for each camp, and capacity limits apply. No prior experience will be required, and all activities will be designed to be accessible and engaging for participants. Planned workshop topics include:
- Scratch and introductory coding concepts
- Programming fundamentals
- Web development basics
- Additional computing topics, subject to resources and demand
