Official Transcripts via Parchment (formerly Digitary CORE)

A Statement of Examinations Results (Grademailer) is a formal statement (transcript) of your end of stage examination performance, ratified by Dundalk Institute of Technology. All undergraduate/postgraduate students will receive an electronic Statement of Examination Results at the end of each stage of study through a secure online solution product called Parchment.

The electronic document is a web based digitally certified document, electronically signed by the Vice President of Academic Affairs Registrar. It can be viewed, printed, downloaded and shared electronically as a digital document with anyone you authorise (e.g. potential employer(s), recruitment agencies, other Higher Education Institutions).

First time using Parchment (current students)
- Select Sign in with your Education Provider (using the link in Parchment email)
- Select Dundalk Institute of Technology
- Log in using your D00XXXXX@student.dkit.ie username and current DkIT email/computer password
- When you have accessed your document, please register a non-expiring personal email address with Parchment, which you can use to access Parchment when you no longer have access to your DkIT account login.
Past students (From Academic Year 2021/22)
- Sign in with the personal email address and password you registered on Parchment (not your DkIT credentials). Use the forgotten password option if you can’t remember your password.
- If you are unable to log in this way you may not have setup a personal email address initially. If so, please email awards@dkit.ie who will reset your login details. Please note you will need to provide verification details before your login can be reset to a personal email address.
