Course Overview
The student will gain up to date knowledge and comprehension of the key lean principles and tools needed to add value (for the customer), improve flow and eliminate all forms of waste.
This micro-credential would be suitable for agri-food enterprises from a range of backgrounds.
Course Delivery and Modules
This programme is delivered in a blended format, predominantly online with some face-to-face workshops.
The course will run Thursday evenings (2-hours).

Total course fee: €224, payable as follows:
- €224 payable in full by 31st October

Entry requirements
The minimum entry requirement for the level 8 micro credential is a level 7 major award in agriculture/ animal science/ crop science or a related area.
Graduates of other disciplines will be assessed for entry through the Recognition of Prior Learning process on an individual case-by-case basis.
Candidates may be interviewed.
