Welcome to the School of Business and Humanities at Dundalk Institute of Technology.

As the largest of the four Schools at DkIT, there is a significant portfolio of programmes to study across a wide range of subject disciplines. Faculty from the School have won several awards for both their teaching and their research, including a second DELTA Award in 2022. 

The School is home to four departments:

Business Studies Department

The Department of Business Studies is the largest department within the School of Business & Humanities with circa 600 students.

The School of Business and Humanities has strong links to local industry and service providers which supports collaborative projects, student placements and research.

Ethics Committee

All staff and students intending to conduct research must obtain advance approval from the School of Business & Humanities Ethics Committee.
