Stage one students from the Built Environment visited Carlinn Developments - Bayview Project on Red Barns Road, Dundalk.

Students learning about the progress at Bayview
Bayview is a new development on the Red Barns Road in Dundalk comprising of 60 houses and 29 apartments within one large multi storey block located just off Red Barns Road.
The Developments consists of Timber frame houses and traditional masonry construction for the apartment block. All houses are A-rated energy efficient homes with high levels of insulation to walls, floors & ceilings.
The student previously visited the site in October and were able to see the progress made in the intervening months.
