Two DkIT Graduates Honoured with Timoney Medals for Outstanding Engineering Projects
Two graduates of Dundalk Institute of Technology have been awarded the prestigious Timoney Medals in recognition of their exceptional final year projects in engineering. Ben Sarkauskas received the medal for the best project in Mechanical Engineering, while Shane Moran was awarded the medal for the top project in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The Timoney Medals celebrate students’ creativity, technical skill and dedication.

Sean Wallace from Timoney Technology, a DkIT Mechanical Engineering graduate himself, presented the medals to Ben and Shane on the day of the graduation ceremony.
