Students recognised for their amazing contributions with the DkIT Elevate Awards

Fourteen fantastic students from across various disciplines at DkIT were recently presented with an Elevate Award in recognition of their fantastic contributions to campus life. The Elevate Awards acknowledge the invaluable contributions that students make to the DkIT community through activities such as becoming a Student Ambassador, a Clubs and Societies Officer or a Student Representatives and through discipline-specific engagement such as Coder Dojo, H2o Heroes, Open days and Recruitment events, and a wide range of Institute consultation committees.

These awards are part of the DkIT Elevate Framework for Student Engagement and represent a significant part of the student life at DkIT. The Elevate Framework is a collaboration between the Students’ Union, the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, and Student Services, particularly the Careers and Employability Centre.

In addition to recognising each individual’s contributions, the DkIT Elevate Awards also help students to recognise and evidence the skills they have developed through this engagement, elevating employability.

Congratulations to all of the wonderful 2025 Award Winners:
