Dr. Bridget Kelly delivers Practitioner Development Workshop (PDW) at the 3E Conference in Munich

Dr. Bridget Kelly, a lecturer in the Department of Life and Health Sciences at Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT), recently delivered a Practitioner Development Workshop (PDW) at the 3E Conference held in Munich from May 21–23, 2025.

The 3E Conference, organised by the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, and the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB), is a leading event in the field of entrepreneurship education. This year's theme, "Responsible, Systemic, Democratic: New Trajectories in Entrepreneurship Education," focused on integrating responsibility into entrepreneurship education, adopting systemic approaches, and democratizing entrepreneurial opportunities for all learners.

Dr. Kelly's workshop presented the use of Photovoice to develop the entrepreneurial mindset, consisting of dynamic, interactive discussions, which aligned with the conference's unique format that emphasises problem-solving and collaborative dialogue over traditional presentations. Her session provided valuable insights into practitioner development, contributing to the ongoing evolution of entrepreneurship education. Participation at the event was made possible by funding from the Creative Arts Research Centre as well as Erasmus+.
