DkIT Students Have Michelin Stars in Their Eyes
Dundalk Institute of Technology were absolutely thrilled to welcome back on campus Stefan McEnteer, a graduate who was recently announced as the recipient of a prestigious Michelin Star as Head Chef in The Bishop's Buttery in Cashel Palace Hotel.
Stefan McEnteer who hails from Kingscourt, Co Cavan, graduated from DKIT with a Higher Certificate in Culinary Arts in May 2015. Stefan kindly returned to DkIT and got to spend some time with the BA in Culinary Arts year 1 students. He chatted about his career to date and enquired about the student’s career plans and aspirations.
