DkIT Parent and Toddler group joins the ‘We’re Breastfeeding Friendly’ Initiative
Final Year Early Childhood Studies students who run the weekly DkIT Parent and Toddler group, are delighted to have signed up to Louth County Council’s recently launched ‘We’re Breastfeeding Friendly’ initiative.
The campaign aims to help improve the health and wellbeing of breastfeeding mothers, babies, and their families through the development and promotion of breastfeeding friendly organisations and communities in County Louth.

The Early Childhood Studies students will display posters and stickers around the Muirhevna Building to support those breastfeeding so that families who attend the DkIT Parent and Toddler group will know they will receive a warm welcome on the premises.
