Library Materials Purchase Request Forms
Please select one option below for purchase of materials by De Chastelain Library, DkIT.
Staff members may request that the Library purchases books, databases or journals required for DkIT courses using one of the forms below. Please complete the forms as fully as possible. A separate submission is required for each title.
Students may suggest a title for purchase by emailing the details to [email protected].
We can also provide access to some material from other libraries.
