Creative Arts, Media and Music Visiting Guest Series - Joe Brent
The Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music are delighted to announce the lineup for this semesters Visiting Guest series of invited lectures/workshops. These provide a valuable opportunity for staff and students to hear from industry practitioners and academics from outside DkIT, and to gain new insights and perspectives into their chosen fields. The sessions are open for all to attend (unless otherwise noted).
Our next guest is Joe Brent of Adhyaropa Records, NY, USA. An acclaimed mandolinist and record label owner, who has performed with artists such as Regina Spektor and Woody Allen, along with featuring in a number of Broadway productions, Joe will be talking about the practical experiences of releasing an album.
His talk will take place on Thursday 16th October, at 3pm in room P1081 of the PJ Carroll's Building in DkIT. All are welcome to attend.
