Course Overview

This course explores the creation, management, and strategic planning of digital content across various formats, including written, visual, audio, and video. Learners will examine how audience behaviour and platform algorithms affect content engagement and visibility, while developing content strategies that incorporate goal-setting and audience targeting. Through practical experience with tools such as Canva and WordPress, students will create content for marketing and communication purposes.

This course combines creativity, technology, communication and flexibility to provide skills which assist businesses to grow in line with the demands of the digital world.

Course Delivery and Modules

This course is delivered on Tuesday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm (On Campus).

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applicants who do not meet the standard academic entry requirements but have significant relevant experience (certified and/or experiential) may apply to access this programme via the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) route. Learn more about RPL at DkIT
