Protected Disclosure Policy

This policy has been introduced by Dundalk Institute of Technology to enable individuals make bona fide disclosures about malpractice, abuse or wrongdoing at an early stage and in the appropriate manner, without fear of victimisation, subsequent discrimination or disadvantage. The policy is intended to enable individuals to raise genuine concerns through the appropriate channel.
