Policy on posters, leaflets and canvassing in the De Chastelain Library
Approval date:
- Political posters of any kind are not permitted anywhere in the Library.
- Non-political, non-commercial posters and leaflets can be put on the notice boards.
- Posters of a commercial nature are permitted on noticeboards as long as they pertain to academic or cultural projects.
- Leaflets may be permitted on the Library Desks as long as they pertain to academic or cultural projects.
- Canvassing, promotions, and collections on behalf of charity are not permitted anywhere in the Library. Charity boxes are not permitted.
