Elections of Academic Staff Members to Governing Body

These Regulations apply to the election of three members of the academic staff of the Institute to the Governing Body in accordance with Sections 6 (4) (d) of the Institutes of Technology Acts 1992 to 2006 as amended, the Technological Universities Act 2018 and the Higher Education Authority Act 2022 (hereinafter collectively “the Legislation”). Persons elected under these Regulations shall be eligible for appointment by the Governing Body.
