Addiction Policy

Dundalk Institute of Technology recognises that it has a responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and that it has a duty of care in relation to the well-being of its staff. While it is not the Institute’s policy to intrude on the privacy of individuals, the Institute must have concerns in situations where health or behaviour impair the conduct, safety or work performance of its staff.
