Stacey who represented DkIT from 2015 to 2019 winning the Moynihan Cup in her time as a student, returned to her old stomping ground as an ALL-IRELAND CHAMPION. Stacey achieved the ultimate goal in Ladies Football by winning the All Ireland back in September 2021 with Meath Ladies defeating the hotly-tipped Dublin, who were going for their 5^th title in a row.

Stacey Grimes said: 

 I suppose from a young age it was always the dream to win an all Ireland title and to achieve that it a fantastic feeling and one I will always remember
