A few key themes stood out throughout the day:
- The power of communities working together to market a destination.
- The importance of local DNA in tourism branding.
- AI is a game-changer, but the human touch remains essential – tourism is about people, emotional connections, and authenticity.

-How AI-driven innovations can enhance customer experience and boost revenue.

It was great to also meet with past student Aine Clarke from HighTide Experience Management and Erin our current Event management student who is on placement with Aine. Overall, it was an inspiring day filled with thought-provoking discussions, fresh ideas, and a shared passion for growing the tourism industry!
