DkIT Launches Sports Scholarship Programme for 2024/25
13 February 2024DkIT are excited to announce that their applications for the DkIT Sports Scholarship programme for 2024/25 are now open. The launch event for this scholarship programme was held recently with sponsors Dundalk Credit Union and ControlSoft in attendance alongside sporting partners including Dundalk FC, Dundalk Golf Club, Louth GAA, Louth LGFA, Drogheda Wolves, and Swords Basketball.
The DkIT Sports Scholarship Programme embodies a commitment to fostering athletic excellence and academic achievement among students. With the generous support of Dundalk Credit Union, ControlSoft and collaborative partnerships with leading sporting organisations, DkIT aims to provide a platform for talented athletes to pursue their passion while pursuing higher education.
As part of the programme, selected scholars will receive financial assistance, specialised sport science support, mentorship, and access to top-class facilities. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to represent DkIT in various intercollegiate competitions and showcase their skills on a national and international stage.
