Having graduated from Institute of Technology Tallaght with a first class honors degree in Audio Visual Media (2002) Glenn completed his MA in Interactive Media in the Dublin Institue of Technology in 2003.
He has been lecturing in DKIT since 2003 across numerous areas within the field of Creative Media. These have included Media Theory, Media Discourse & Analysis, 3D Studies, Multimedia Authoring, Video Production, AV Techniques as well as being at the fulcrum of establishing and maintaining the delivery of both traditional film based and digital Photography modules across 7 courses within the institute. He has also held a supervisory role upon nationally awarded creative media group projects (Digital Hub Best in Show) aswell as supervised individual theoretical thesis at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
He has recently been appointed as the external examiner for both the BA in Photographic Media and the Certificate in Photography in Griffith College.
Glenn held the position of programme director for the BA in Creative Media from 2011-2014, before choosing not to continue the role due to his PhD research commitments.
Glenn's photographic work has been published both nationally and internationally. He has also had images exhibited here in Ireland as well as internationally in the United States. He continues to explore various photographic projects dealing with societies attitudes towards photography in public, photographic documentaion of society and the photographing of children in contemporary society.
