‘The online aspect of this course made it achievable for me, living in Athlone ’
Emma works as a town planner and property manager. She enrolled in the Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying course at DkIT to furhter her knowledge in the area. The online aspect of the course was a big factor, as was the case for many of her classmates.
A steep learning curve for me was the Design and Specification aspect of the course, but I really enjoyed the challenge. I have learnt a lot and I can take it forward back to the day job for me.
Other students were all from other industries such as Fire Engineers, Architectural Technologists, Engineers, Architects and Carpenters.
