Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music Launch their Semester 1 Visiting Guest Series

The Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music is delighted to launch their Semester 1 Visiting Guest Series. The series includes practical workshops and lectures from a range of industry professionals across the Creative Industries. Of particular note are the series of workshops introducing our Creative Media students to the pedal press as part of the institute's ongoing collaboration with Creative Spark.

These events are an important part of the learning for the students across a variety of undergradaute programmes including Film and Television Production, Audio and Music Production, Sound Design and Implementation for Interactive Media, Theatre and Film Practice, Music and Creative Media. The Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music is delighted to offer the opportunity to our students to work with inspiring practitioners who will share their knowledge and experience of the Creative Industries with the students. Such engagement with industry is an important part of the ethos of our programmes in the Department. Coupled with work placement and industry-based projects these events help prepare them in their future careers. Admission is free to all events.
