A CELEBRATION OF LOCAL ARTISAN FOOD HOSTED BY HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT AND CULINARY ARTS YEAR THREE
Hospitality Management year three and Culinary Arts year three will be hosting an event to celebrate the best of local produce and their suppliers. The event will commence with a canapé and drinks reception during which some local suppliers will be on hand to showcase their produce. The reception will be followed by a six course meal described as “a taste of the best from the local area”. Entertainment on the night will be provided by students from the DKIT music department.
The event will be held at the DKIT training restaurant, on the Wednesday 27th March at 17.30. The event is a ticket only event and tickets can be purchased by contacting Karen on 0860641629 or emailing email@example.com. At a competitive price of €35 per person this promises to be an event not to be missed
The event will be organized and hosted by students from Dundalk Institute of Technology so guests are asked to keep in mind that it is a learning experience for the students. We are aiming to showcase all the skills both classes have learned over the previous three years. Our first event proved to be a huge success were we hosted “The 1916 Commemoration Gala Dinner on the 16th of March 2016”.
