The Library can provide students and staff of DkIT with a Letter of Introduction, with which you should be able to visit another library for one day. However, the letter will not guarantee access. You are advised to contact libraries before visiting or check their website for visiting information.
Students and staff of DkIT can also become members of the Louth County Libraries free of charge under the 1 Card 6 Libraries initiative.
You can apply online for a Letter of Introduction. We ask that you allow at least 3 working days for applications to be processed.
There are many books freely available in full or in part from Google Books and Project Gutenberg.
If you feel the book would be relevant to a range of students you could suggest we purchase it.
