Transcripts of results

First-time users

DkIT issue examination result transcripts online. If you are due to receive a transcript, you will receive an email from the Awards Office over the coming weeks containing a link to access your online transcript of results. In order to access the online transcript you will need your DkIT username and password (the same one you use to access Moodle / Webmail etc.  Once you login to the link provided in your email, you will be prompted to create an account within the transcript portal using you own personal email and password. You will use these new details to access Digitary following your initial login. Once logged in to your account  you can view, print, or share your transcript securely via electronic means. 

How to Access Your Grademailer/Transcript (first-time users)

To access your Grademailer online as a using the Digitary portal, please do the following:

1. Go to the DkIT Grademailer Digitary website or click on the login button contained at the bottom of the email.
2. Select sign in with your Education Provider and select Dundalk Institute of Technology. You will be directed to our authenctication page.
3. Enter your DkIT user ID and Password (same details that you use to access Moodle / Webmail etc.)
4. You will be then prompted to register a personal email account with Digitary and you will receive an email to this personal email address in order to validate your newly registered account.
5. Once you have registered you can access and share your grademailer/transcript

How to Access Your Grademailer/Transcript (already registered / graduates)

To access your Grademailer online as a using the Digitary portal, please do the following:

1. Go to the DkIT Grademailer Digitary website or click on the login button contained at the bottom of the email.
2. Login with the details you registered with (personal email and password).

If you can't sign in click the can't sign in option and reset your password.
