Graduates of the course may also go on to further student at level 9 either in DkIT or elsewhere. While a level 9 option is not available within the departments, graduates of the BA in Culinary Enterprise can apply for a place the MBS in the School of Business and Humanities.
Applicants to this course should have successfully completed the Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts or equivalent, with an overall pass and a minimum overall average of 50% achieved in one sitting.
