Course Summary

The aim of this two year add-on degree programme is to afford learners the opportunity to develop their intellectual creative and management expertise in Culinary Arts.

The programme has been designed to provide graduates with the competencies and knowledge required by industry in areas of Creativity and Innovation, Leadership and Management, Business Planning and Financial Management. 

Course runs over 2 years.
Year One classes run on Mondays from 9.00am to 5.00pm and Tuesdays 9.00am to 12.00pm (subject to change).

The programme is delivered through a mix of classroom based lectures, lab classes and online delivery.

Total course fee: €3,000

€1,500 per annum (payable as follows).

Accept Offer Fee: €150 (non-refundable)

Instalment 1 = €600 is payable by 31st October

Instalment 2 = €750 is payable by 28th February

Applicants should hold a level 7 qualification in Culinary arts with a GPA OF 50% or above.
Applicants with significant experience who do not hold a level 7 
qualification will be assessed through the institutes RPL process.

Those with a level 7 award in Culinary Arts or equivalent and currently working in the Culinary Arts sector or planning to work in or open their own business in the sector.
