Video Conferencing facilities are available on campus for meetings and course delivery.

This facility is currently available in the following areas

• Nursing: Main Theatre & Rollabout unit (for Conferencing & teaching activity to remote sites)
• Boardroom: Fixed Unit
• Main Campus : Rollabout unit
• Seminar Room: Heanet Service (Polycom HDX 7002 XL with data sharing, 52’’ LCD Screen, Avecta trolley)

You must book the rooms through the usual channels in your area, then contact the IT Support Helpdesk if you require access to this video conferencing service.

We will require 2 days notice to ensure we can facilitate your meeting (test connections etc)

Please note: booking of the room is your responsibility, not Computer Services. We can only provide the service if the room is already booked.
