The Helpdesk is an automated trouble ticket system that assigns technical support issues to the correct technicans/technical officers based on priority. This system is constantly monitored by the IT Support Group within Computer Services.
Users can connect their laptops to the internet using a wireless connection while on campus. Most new laptops come with a built-in wireless connection. This page contains important information about use of the DkIT Wireless Networks.
