Computer Services Helpdesk

The Helpdesk is an automated trouble ticket system that assigns technical support issues to the correct technicans/technical officers based on priority. This system is constantly monitored by the IT Support Group within Computer Services. Please use this system for all support queries.

 

Our Helpdesk application has been upgraded, please use the attached document for guidelines on how to use the upgraded application.
