Dundalk IT has a significant investment in audio visual services across campus. This section details facilities and support available for staff and visitors.
The PCs in the Library are a limited resource and are to be used for academic purposes only. Any non-academic or gaming use e.g. Social Networking is not permitted. Such misuse is against ICT Terms and Conditions of Use. Anyone in breach of such will be asked to leave the PC.
This section outlines some of the IT services that are available to student users on campus and regulations that students should be aware of. There are also presentation files and links to important resources.
The Helpdesk is an automated trouble ticket system that assigns technical support issues to the correct technicans/technical officers based on priority. This system is constantly monitored by the IT Support Group within Computer Services.
