Graduation Non-Attendance

DkIT students who are unable to make their graduation ceremony should fill out this form to receive their parchment.

It is not possible to postpone conferring and graduands who do not present on the appointed date and time will be awarded their degree in absentia. Here is how you can let us know and how to receive your parchment:

  1. Complete the form below to confirm your non-attendance and select how you would like to receive your parchment.
  2. You will receive an automatic confirmation email on submission of this form. If you do not receive an email, or any details within the email are incorrect, please contact at awards@dkit.ie.
  3. By Registered Post - We will only contact you if we are missing details/payment (there is an additional fee of €10.00 for Postage & Packaging)

Please Note: Parchments will only be available for collection/postage from the 11th November 2021. 

All parchments will be archived on 17th December 2021, after which date there will be a late retrieval fee of €50 (plus €10 registered post).


Where do I lodge the €10 Postage & Packaging fee?

Your €10 P&P fee must be made to our registration account as detailed below and using your student id number as an identifiable reference.
